Services

Everything a business needs to exist, be recognised, operate and be found.

GBN organises its work into four pillars. A client can take one pillar or all four — but the pillars are designed to be taken together, because that is where the compounding value is.

Pillar 01

Establish

Bringing the company into legal existence — correctly named, correctly structured, and filed through licensed Omani professionals.

This is the pillar where mistakes are most expensive and least reversible. A name registered without checking the trademark register can require rebranding. A structure chosen for speed can restrict foreign investment two years later. An activity code selected carelessly can block a licence the business needs in order to grow.

GBN slows this stage down deliberately, then executes it quickly.

What we deliver

  • Commercial name strategy — candidate development in Arabic and English, with meaning, pronunciation and market-fit tested, not just availability
  • The Four‑Lock Name Check on every shortlisted name
  • Legal structure guidance — comparing the practical implications of each available form for your activity, ownership and growth plan
  • Activity and licence mapping — selecting classifications that permit what you intend to do next, not only what you do today
  • Commercial registration pathway, executed with licensed partners
  • Government procedure guidance — we track the file, chase it, and report status weekly
  • Trademark guidance and filing support through our legal partners

Signature method

The Four‑Lock Name Check

A name is not available because the register says so. It is available when four separate systems agree — the commercial register, the domain system, the platform handles, and a check for conflicting marks. GBN tests all four before you commit, and documents the evidence.

The Name Integrity Assurance: if a name GBN clears through all four locks is subsequently rejected at commercial registration, we repeat the entire naming and screening process at no additional cost.

Screening identifies and documents risk. It is not a legal opinion, and it does not guarantee registration or trademark grant — those decisions rest with the competent authorities. Formal clearance opinions are issued by licensed practitioners in our partner network.

What we deliver

  • Brand strategy — positioning, audience, tone and the single idea the business will be known for
  • Logo and full corporate identity, designed to work at 16 pixels and on a building
  • Bilingual typography system — a matched Arabic and Latin pairing, so the brand does not degrade when it switches language
  • Colour, imagery and iconography standards
  • Brand book with clearance, misuse and application rules
  • Stationery and collateral — letterhead, cards, email signature, presentation template, social templates
  • NFC digital business card
  • Print-ready production files, released in full to the client

Pillar 02

Identity

A complete, bilingual identity system — not a logo file emailed at midnight with no rules attached.

Most small businesses in the region receive a logo and nothing else: no Arabic lockup, no colour specification, no typographic system, no source files. Six months later the brand exists in four inconsistent versions, and the founder is paying a second designer to rebuild what they already bought.

Everything GBN produces is delivered with the rules and the source files, in Arabic and English, and it belongs to the client outright.

Arabic is designed, not translated

An Arabic lockup is not the Latin logo with Arabic text placed underneath. Weight, optical size, baseline and counter-shapes all differ. GBN designs the Arabic form as a first-class expression of the brand, because in this market it is usually the one customers see first.

Pillar 03

Operate

The documents a company needs on the same day it legally exists — drafted once, properly, in both languages.

A commercial registration does not make a company operational. The first employee needs a contract. The first client needs a quotation, then an invoice. The first supplier wants a non-disclosure agreement. The bank wants a board resolution. Most founders build these documents from whatever they can find online, at the exact moment they can least afford the risk.

GBN delivers a structured operating library, organised by function, ready to be used on day one and reviewed by our legal partners.

Human resources

Employment contracts, offer letters, job descriptions, leave and conduct policies, performance appraisal forms, exit documentation, and an employee handbook skeleton.

Sales & marketing

Quotation and proposal templates, invoice and receipt formats, pricing sheets, a client onboarding pack, and a campaign planning framework.

Legal & governance

Non-disclosure agreements, supplier and service agreements, board and shareholder resolution templates, delegation of authority, and a governance framework outline.

Administration & finance

Purchase orders, petty cash and expense forms, asset registers, meeting minute formats, filing conventions, and a simple monthly reporting pack.

What these templates are, and what they are not

Templates are professionally prepared business documents intended as operational starting points. They are reviewed by GBN's legal partners but are not a substitute for advice on your specific circumstances; where a matter is material, we will say so and refer you to a licensed practitioner.

What we deliver

  • Domain acquisition — registered in the client's name, with DNS configured and renewal documented
  • Business email on your own domain, with signatures and mailbox structure
  • Website or landing page — bilingual, mobile-first, fast, and built to convert rather than to decorate
  • Unified social handles secured across every platform that matters, in one coordinated action
  • Social profile establishment — correctly sized artwork, complete bios, verified contact details
  • Search foundations — metadata, structured data, sitemap, and a Google Business Profile
  • Analytics configured so the business can see what is happening from week one

Pillar 04

Presence

Where the business is found — owned by the client, matched to the legal name, and searchable from the first day.

Digital presence is usually built last, by whoever is cheapest, and registered under their account. When the relationship ends, the business discovers it does not own its own domain. GBN treats digital assets as company property from the outset: registered in the client's name, documented in a credential vault, and handed over in full.

The website itself is built for the way people actually behave here — on a phone, in two languages, expecting a WhatsApp button rather than a contact form.

Built to be cited, not just ranked

Buyers increasingly ask an AI assistant before they open a search engine. Every site GBN builds carries structured data, clear entity definitions and answer-shaped content, so the business can be surfaced and cited by AI answer engines as well as indexed by Google.

Boundaries

What GBN does not do

We would rather lose a sale than leave you with the wrong expectation. Here is what we do not do, stated plainly.

  • We do not give legal advice. GBN is not a law firm. Legal opinions, contract negotiation, disputes and regulatory representation are handled by licensed practitioners in our partner network, engaged directly by the client where appropriate.
  • We do not perform audit or provide tax opinions. Accounting, audit and tax matters are referred to licensed practices.
  • We do not guarantee government outcomes. Name approval, licensing decisions and trademark grants are made by the competent authorities. We prepare the strongest possible file, manage it, and tell you honestly what the risks are.
  • We do not retain client assets. Domains, accounts, source files and credentials are registered in the client's name and handed over. There is no lock-in.
  • We do not promise results we cannot control. No guaranteed rankings, no guaranteed follower counts, no guaranteed revenue.
  • We do not register companies. Commercial registration is legal work carried out by a licensed lawyer or sanad office. We prepare the file, give you the roadmap, and introduce you to a partner who executes it.
  • We do not file trademarks ourselves. We surface conflict signals before you commit and support the filing, but the application is made by a licensed IP practitioner.
  • We do not make bank introductions. We can help you assemble the documents a bank will ask for. Choosing and approaching a bank is yours alone.
  • We do not handle visas or immigration. Applications are made by licensed agents. For Market Entry clients we coordinate the logistics around them — the appointments, the paperwork run, the waiting — never the application itself.
  • We do not recruit staff. We give you the contracts, policies and job descriptions. Finding and hiring the person is a separate profession, and we will refer you to one.

Not sure which pillar you actually need?

Most clients arrive certain they need one thing and leave having identified something more useful. The first conversation is diagnostic, free, and genuinely without obligation.

Four locks. A name only advances when all four open.
