The Partner Network

We are not trying to replace the professionals. We are trying to fill their diaries.

GBN is deliberately not a law firm, an audit practice or a print house. It is the layer that sits in front of them — finding the client, scoping the work, preparing the file, and handing over something that is ready to be acted on.

The model

One client relationship. Many licensed hands.

A founder launching a company needs a lawyer, an accountant, a designer, a developer and a printer. What they do not need is to become the project manager coordinating five professionals who have never spoken to each other.

GBN takes that coordination role. We hold the client relationship, define the scope, run the timeline and carry the quality standard. Regulated work is executed by licensed professionals under formal memoranda of understanding. Production work is executed by vetted specialists to a GBN specification.

The client experiences one company. The partner receives a client who has already been qualified, briefed and documented.

The commercial logic, stated plainly

A law firm's most expensive hour is the one spent explaining to a first-time founder what a commercial registration is. GBN absorbs that hour. What reaches the partner is a scoped instruction with the background already established.

For prospective partners

What a GBN partnership is actually worth

Referral relationships usually fail for the same reason: one side sends unqualified enquiries and the other side stops answering. We have designed this one to avoid that.

01

Clients at zero acquisition cost

GBN carries the marketing spend, the enquiry handling and the qualification. Partners receive instructions, not leads. There is no fee to join the network.

02

Pre-briefed, pre-documented files

Each referral arrives with the activity, structure, ownership and objective already established in writing, and with the client's expectations already set. Less unbillable time per matter.

03

Volume with predictability

Company launches are a repeating, forecastable flow rather than sporadic one-off work — which makes capacity planning possible in a way ad-hoc referrals never do.

04

A client who stays

A business we launch will need contracts, employment advice, audit and eventually restructuring. The introduction is to a client at the very start of their professional-services lifetime, not the end of it.

05

Clear commercial terms

Referral arrangements are documented in a memorandum of understanding: scope, service levels, fee basis, confidentiality and conflict handling. Nothing is left to be argued about later.

06

Visible association

Partners are credited on this website, in client documentation and in the company profile — and are introduced to clients as the licensed professional, not as a subcontractor.

The process

How a partnership is established

  1. 01

    Week one

    Introduction and fit

A working session covering your practice, capacity, the client profile you want more of, and the categories where you would rather not receive referrals. Fit matters more than enthusiasm; a partner who receives the wrong work will disengage within a quarter.

  2. 02

    Week two

    Memorandum of understanding

A written MoU setting out scope, service levels, response times, fee basis and referral terms, confidentiality, data handling, conflict-of-interest procedure, and how either side exits cleanly.

  3. 03

    Week three

    Onboarding and standards

We align on the file format you want to receive, the information you need in advance, escalation contacts, and how client communications are handled between the two firms so nothing is duplicated or contradicted.

  4. 04

    Ongoing

    Flow, review and settlement

Referrals begin. We review the relationship quarterly against volume, conversion, turnaround and client satisfaction — and we act on what the review says rather than filing it.

Standards

What GBN asks in return

The network is only worth being in if membership means something. Five commitments are non-negotiable.

  • Proper licensing — current, verifiable authorisation to practise in the Sultanate of Oman for the services you provide.
  • Defined response times — an agreed acknowledgement window for every referral, because our timeline commitments to clients depend on yours.
  • Transparent pricing — published or pre-agreed fee bases for standard matters, so clients are never surprised.
  • Bilingual capability — the ability to serve clients in Arabic and English, in writing.
  • Client ownership clarity — partners serve the client directly and are free to do so, but do not solicit around GBN on the engagement that introduced them.
  • Preferential rates for GBN-referred clients. A partner rate that is meaningfully better than walk-in, published to the client before the introduction so nobody is surprised. This is the single condition we will not waive — it is what makes the network worth joining for a client.

Now forming

The founding partner cohort

GBN is currently selecting a small founding cohort — one anchor partner in each regulated category — ahead of the platform's public launch.

Founding partners receive category exclusivity for an agreed initial period, input into how the referral file is structured, prominent placement across GBN's client-facing materials, and preferential terms that will not be offered again once the cohort closes.

If you are reading this because we asked you to, this page is the offer.

We would rather have one serious conversation about how the referral file should actually be structured than ten polite ones about synergy. Tell us what would make this worth your time, and we will build the arrangement around it.
